IDA WARG Beauty Launch Party

IDA WARG Beauty started as Marsaana’s client in Finland in the summer of 2024, and in August we got to arrange a launch party to the brand. The brand has been in Finland for a small while, but the launch party was to celebrate IDA WARG Beauty becoming a part of Lumene Group earlier this year.

Approximately 50 influencer guests as well as other media representatives were invited to the event, which was held at the newly launched Hobo Hotel Helsinki. The party was Marbella-themed mimicking the brand’s look as well as its philosophy. The dress code was pastel glam, and the party’s visuals were done by HeyLook. This was definitely a night to remember!

We positioned the event not just as a launch, but as a celebration of IDA WARG Beauty joining the Lumene Group. This milestone was used to deepen brand storytelling and create a sense of momentum in the Finnish market.

Experience Design

We crafted a Marbella-themed party concept reflecting the brand’s playful yet elegant identity. The pastel glam dress code, custom visuals, and thoughtfully designed atmosphere ensured a cohesive and immersive guest experience.

Influencer & Media Engagement

Our team carefully selected and invited high-reach influencers and relevant media, ensuring strong alignment with the brand’s target audience. We facilitated pre-event communication and on-site interaction to maximize organic content creation

Content & Visibility

From branded visuals to social sharing opportunities, every detail was curated to encourage photo moments and digital buzz. Our efforts helped generate high-quality earned media and influencer coverage across key platforms.

Result

In the 3-month period of Q1/25, we’ve been able to grow the account with 579 new followers, which means 9 % growth.
